Is there accommodation on-site for guests?
We do allow visitors of your event to camp on 50 Acre Field by prior approval of the management, and of course failing that nearby Park Farm Campsite (a 2 minute walk away) offers a range of camping options for guests who wish to stay overnight.
Can we bring in our own suppliers for events?
Yes, you are free to bring your own vendors, including caterers, event planners, and entertainment. The field offers flexibility to make your event truly yours.
What facilities are available on-site?
The 50 Acre Field is an open space with no permanent facilities, allowing customization for your event. Temporary infrastructure like toilets, marquees, and power supply can be arranged through vendors. At present there is a block of toilets/showers but this is only small so additional facilities are recommended.
